As long as the graphics card has two or more digital ports, you can use the operating systems software to run a dual monitor setup. It is when you go to three or more monitors that you need AMD's Eyefinity or Nvidia's Surround software for driving multiple monitors.

For a FPS you want either one monitor or three monitors. With two monitors your gun sight is at the monitor bezel which does not work very well at all.

High definition is kind of a vague term used by the television manufacturers. It means 720p for some and 1080i for others. You can purchase a pretty nice 1920 x 1080 monitor for a little over 200 USD, which is the lowest resolution you would want to go and still consider it high resolution in my opinion of what high resolution is for computer monitors.

Sorry, what is BD?

Most all of the modern graphics cards out there can support two monitors. If you go with two monitors ideally you want them to be the same because the color and brightness levels might be different enough to where it bothers you.

For Photoshop and gaming, I'd get a GTX570. I'd also replace the P8P67 with one of the P8Z68-V boards. If you plan on overclocking, get the low profile version of the Vengeance ram and an aftermarket CPU cooler. If you don't plan on overclocking, get the regular i5-2500.

Changed the memory to low profile. here are some of the video cards I'm looking at.
1. ZOTAC ZT-50401-10L GeForce GTX 550 Ti (Fermi) 1GB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

2. ECS NGTX550TI-1GPLI-F GeForce GTX 550 Ti (Fermi) 1GB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

3. SPARKLE SX550T1024D5MH GeForce GTX 550 Ti (Fermi) 1GB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

With the 2 DVI ports can I still have 2 monitors going at the same time with out buying another card?

I would take the LE board, and none of those video cards. Build it RIGHT and get a GTX570 from EVGA or Asus.

95% of the video cards on the market these days can handle at least 2 monitors.

I would go with this one to get the lifetime warranty (with EVGA, the -AR suffix denotes that):

Newegg.com - EVGA 012-P3-1570-AR GeForce GTX 570 (Fermi) 1280MB 320-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

Newegg.com - High Current Pro HCP-750 750W TX12V v2.3 / EPS12V v2.92 SLI Certified CrossFire Certified 80 PLUS GOLD Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply
In case I need to expand. Also do I need any cables for the ssd card?

It's okay, but the Seasonic is probably better. The "X" series is probably the best power supply made - and the Corsair AX series is the same thing. I don't see where you would need more than 650 watts.

The SSD should be a standard SATA device - and motherboards come with anywhere from 2 to 4 SATA data cables.
