Talking Change to a Dual Video Card

Hi, I'd like to change out my single video card for a dual monitor video card.

How do I determine what video card I need? I have a Dell.

My Dell is old, not very powerful. I maxed out the memory at 1 GB and the processor is about 1495 MHz. So will a dual monitor card take up more of my memory and be "not worth it"?

Thanks for your advice...
