Need some help on Sandy Bridge build

I'm building my own gaming rig for the first time. Here are the specs.

Intel i3-2100 3.1GHz
Gigabyte GA-H61M-USB3-B3
Corsair XMS3 8GB(4x2) Dual Channel 1333 MHz
Sapphire Radeon HD5570 1GB

Will this be able to play the latest games on mid or mid/high settings?
and can I get better parts for the same price as the ones listed above?

Thanks.

Though I am new here I did a lot of research on these cards before building my new system. I have been an ATI fan forever but did wind up with a GTX card only because the list of games I play or liked to were running better on NVIDIA cards. I personally would step up to the 5770 radeon because the benefits of the card are much better with a small price jump depending on the manufacturer you pick. Textures processing, data handling are all at least 1/2 again as much if not double. I know others here can help ya better then I but that is my 2 pennys on the subject.

A 5570 won't be able to handle the latest games at those settings - you will need to spend considerably more.

Going up to a HD5770 (or HD6770, whatever is less expensive) would allow you to play games at the settings you want (mid to mid-high), the HD6670 should also work fine with medium settings though may not be able to push much higher than that.

What kind of power supply are you planning on using?
