Need motherboard recommendation

I want to build using the Sandy Bridge i5 processor 2500k
I need a reco for a motherboard.
My guess is either ASUS or Intel.
In the past I have used AMD , but Sandy Bridge looks so good.
Usually I use a Micro ATX board, since I don't experiment, and I usually use onboard video.
I don't game, and I have never overclocked, but will play around with OC after I learn something about how to do it.
I will use 2 hard drives, 2 optical devices and Win 7 64 bit with 8 gigs of ram,
and two monitors.
Probably the hardest use I have now is downloading Netflix

Also... which model of Corsair Vengance ram should I use, and please suggest a power supply.
Thanks

This particular board, ram and power supply should work well for you.

Motherboard Asus P8Z68-V LE
Newegg.com - ASUS P8Z68-V LE LGA 1155 Intel Z68 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard with UEFI BIOS

Corsair Vengenance 2x4gb
Newegg.com - CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9

Antec EarthWatts 430
Newegg.com - Antec EarthWatts Green EA-430D Green 430W Continuous power ATX12V v2.3 / EPS 12V 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply

GLC or Jdeb might have another suggestion on the PSU.

All good choices, but:

1. If you prefer a micro ATX:

Newegg.com - ASUS P8Z68-M Pro LGA 1155 Intel Z68 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard with UEFI BIOS

2. If you plan on overclocking you will want an aftermarket CPU cooler, and you should get low profile ram:

Newegg.com - CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Low Profile Desktop Memory Model CML8GX3M2A1600C9

3. WAY more than you need, but at this price, jump on this PSU:

Newegg.com - Antec NEO ECO 620C 620W Continuous Power ATX12V v2.3 / EPS12V 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Power Supply

Over clocking is made easy with that Asus board in glc's link. Go to their website and check the manual out on how easy it is to overclock.

ASUSTeK Computer Inc. - Motherboards- ASUS P8Z68-M PRO

GLC- thanks for the tip on that power supply.

I read your message just in time, to get the deal.
It is one the way , and at a tremendous price.

I also ordered the CPU , and am waiting till Monday to order the MOB and memory... to see if any more deals after the Friday sales.

Thanks for the heads up.
