Other than the G.skill RAM it looks fine. Try Crucial or Corsair memory.

only reason i went with the g. skill was to save a little..is there really that big a fail rate difference between g. skill and corsair or crucial?
hmm dumb question but with the motherboard can i add 4 extra fans to my case..there would be a total of 5 3-pin power connectors (4 fans plus the one built on the case) the mobo says it only has 2 fan connectors? and would this setup allow for me to add some ccls later on? |

Not necessarily. You will probably want to purchase one 120mm fan for the back of the case. You can also purchase a fan for the side of the case, which is not necessary. The case comes with a fan in the front. Three 120mm fans is the most your case can fit.
A fan controller would allow you to turn down the case fans if you find them to be too noisy...or connect them to the motherboard or the PSU and let them run at 100%. Were it my build I would buy two fans and a controller and turn the fans down to minimize the noise but not so far down that the air temperature of the case gets too hot. With a little experimentation you will find a balance.

You could put the money you're spending on fans that you do not need into better quality RAM.

The G Skill RAM you picked is sold out.
I would get this instead... Newegg.com - CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Low Profile Desktop Memory Model CML8GX3M2A1600C9 |

I would spend less on the motherboard and more on the video card if you are building a gamer.
Newegg.com - ASUS P8Z68-V LE LGA 1155 Intel Z68 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard with UEFI BIOS Newegg.com - ASUS ENGTX560 DC/2DI/1GD5 GeForce GTX 560 (Fermi) 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card -OR- Newegg.com - SAPPHIRE 100314-3L Radeon HD 6870 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card Also you can save by getting this Corsair PSU: Newegg.com - CORSAIR Enthusiast Series TX650 V2 650W ATX12V v2.31/ EPS12V v2.92 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC High Performance Power Supply |
