Workstation rig question

Hello all! I commissioned a workstation to be built a year ago and am looking to purchase another. The computer is about 70% animation/video rendering and 30% gaming. I wanted to make sure there wasn't something more up-to-date or better parts.

My biggest concern is the motherboard. The model in my older computer looks to be out of production and I wasn't too happy about it to begin with. Can someone suggest a better Intel workstation board? Any place that I'll get a lot of unnecessary bottle-necking? General comments? Thanks!

Here is the bare bones parts (excluding OS/monitor/mice/keyboard)--

CPU:
2x Intel Xeon E5506 2.13Ghz Quad-Core

Motherboard:
1 MB Intel S5520SC Server

RAM:
Kingston RAM 24Gb DDR3 1333Mhz ECC/REG

HD:
1.5Tb Seagate 7200RPM 32Mb Cache

Case:
Silverstone RV01

PSU:
Antec 1000Watt

GPU:
Nvidia Quadro FX 3800

Cooling:
2x Corsair H50 Liquid Cooling

There is no newer technology for dual processor Intel boards yet, they are still Socket 1366 with the 5500/5520 chipset. The 3 players are Intel, Asus, and Supermicro.

The Xeon E5 (Sandybridge-E) should be out Q1 2012, but I don't see any motherboards yet for Socket 2011 except single socket with the X79 desktop chipset. There will be an 8 core E5.
