Grandpa/Grandson low budget PC advise
Hello friends,
Below is a list of parts for a low budget PC that grandpa and grandson hope to build. Could you please take a look and see if the parts are suitable for a low end PC for general duties around the house? Light video games, internet browsing, MS Flight/Train simulator. NO on line gaming, movie downloads, SLI/XF, etc. We raided our piggy banks and have about $700 to spend. We thank you for any help and assistance. Thanks
GLC,
Wow, What a great lineup. So much better than what I put up. I Also noted I doubled up on the PSU. The case comes with a PSU already. We are up in Canada. Who do you use for supplies up here? NCIX? Newegg.ca? others? Thanks again for your expert help. G./G. |

The case that glc recommended does not come with a PSU. A lot of the PSU's that come with cases are junk. I think that glc is recommending a more reliable or less expensive (or both) PSU than the Silverstone.
A lot of people in Canada on this forum go through NCIX.
