New Build BSODs and will not POST

Hey, last night I was running some tests/games (Intel burn test, Prime95, WoW) on my newly built computer. Everything was running well for the most part, but then I had a BSOD while playing a game and now the computer will not POST. A few hours before that, I had a previous BSOD, but the computer was able to boot-up properly. Unfortunately I was not able to get the error code for either one as the restart function was enabled. So far, I've been doing some troubleshooting but nothing seems to work:

- Running bare-minimum to POST (CPU, testing each RAM stick individually, onboard GPU)
- Reset BIOs using jumpers and CMOS battery
- Ran bare essentials with another PSU

As I was saying, I tested the CPU stability which performed stable at OC settings (4.5Ghz at 1.25V). The only test that I was not able to do with my new build was memtest so it could be a faulty RAM issue. Before, my RAM would sometimes have trouble posting in the correct XMP profile, but after awhile it seemed to have worked correctly and didn't give me further issues. I also couldn't find my memory under the manufacturer's approved memory list.

Other notable problems were were Nvidia driver response problems which happened somewhat frequently. At one point, there was a short instance where I had continuous failure responses from the driver for half a minute, but then stopped. I knew it was a fairly common problem with Nvidia drivers, but my current GPU (EVGA GTX 570 SC) was in my old build and it was running fine with the same drivers.

At this point, I'm thinking it could be memory problems, but I've never had memory become defected in a short amount of time, let a lone both sticks. Any input?

Build:

Intel Core i5-2500K Sandy Bridge 3.3Ghz
GIGABYTE GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3 LGA 1155 Intel Z68
Mushkin Enhanced Blackline 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600
EVGA GTX 570 SC
WD Velociraptor 300GB 10K RPM SATA 3Gb/s
WD Caviar Black 1TB 7200RPM SATA 3Gb/s
OCZ ModXstream 700W PSU

I would highly suspect that Mushkin ram, especially if it's the 1.65 volt version. The Z68 chipset really prefers 1.5 volt ram.
