First, that SSD drive is too small if using it as the drive for the OS and apps. Min I would go is 120gigs and find a HD for storage.
Second, don't really need water cooling unless you plan on big OCing, the retail CPU cooler that comes with the CPU will do fine.

do you think there is a way i could get it cheaper than this?
and is there any need to overclock?
i am making this pc pretty much for diablo 3 because i want to play on maxed graphics and have no problems with upgrading in the future if i have to.

Sandy Bridge-E is a waste of money if all you want to do is gaming. An i5-2500k is all you need along with a Z68 motherboard and 8 gb of corsair vengeance memory.

With the money you save on that switch you could get a GTX 570 or 580, a 120 GB SSD for your OS and games, and a WD Caviar black 1 TB HDD for data.

Go with the Sandy Bridge-E if you don't mind spending the cash, but you'll get just as good gaming performance for a lot less.

Where do you plan on getting the 3930k from? Online availability seems stark. Most places I see quote 1-2 weeks just for them to receive it to be sent out and even that quote seems to be iffy.

The E in Sandy Bridge E means enthusiast. It is the replacement for the 1336 socket. Enthusiast means you pay disproportionately more for a minimal amount of performance increase. I would get a 5 or 7 series with the 1155 socket. The only real advantage to the 2012 is if you are going to be running two or more really high end graphics cards or are running software that can utilize 6 CPU cores. The benchmark scores between the fastest 1155's and the 2012's are very minimal.

If you still want a 2012....
The multipliers are locked but you can overclock by changing multiples of the bus frequency, which only affects the CPU's clock speed....this limits you to three speeds for overclocking. Nice high percentage overclocks though if you can get them stable.

Sandy Bridge E CPU's do not include heat sinks. Intel offers theirs for sale or you can buy aftermarket.

The Sandy Bridge E does not have a graphics core. But then what enthusiast is not going to have a graphics card?

You are way overspending on the motherboard and CPU, and underspending on the graphics card.

All you need is an i5-2500K and one of the P8Z68 boards - and I'd get at least a GTX 570 video card if not more.

Why do you need such an expensive and huge case?

You might have trouble getting that 3930k. All those retailers listed on pcpartpicker show that model processor out of stock. I've been searching around and every place I've talked to sounds up in the air about when they can get it. Excuse me while I don my tin foil hat, but I think Intel is holding it's supply back to push the 3960x or drive the price of the 3930k higher. Let me know where you decide to order it from.

If you're still looking to cut corners a little, you can always eliminate the SSD. I installed an 80gb on a new build over a year ago and it was the one thing I could have done without. Don't take this the wrong way, they run silent and do give you a small boost with programs, but they have their downsides. With multiple users working on this workstation, I have to watch installations/updates like a hawk, even I forget sometimes. 80gb was enough for Win7 and a few select Adobe programs with room for updates. Some people swear by them but if you are looking to save some money without losing too much performance, it's a place to look.

The i5-2500k will perform just as good for gaming and save you $100. You also don't need 1200 W for a single GTX 580. A 750 or 850 W PSU would be fine. Also, if you want to get an Nvidia GPU go with EVGA.

Also make sure the Vengeance ram is the low profile version without the finned heatsinks if you are going to be using an aftermarket CPU cooler.

Even if you are planning on running two GTX580's in SLI, you don't need 1200 watts. The Antec HG-900 is certified, as is the Corsair 950TX.
