If you have a budget figure to meet, your priorities need to be shifted.
You need to spend as much as you can on the video card, a 550 Ti is not a strong gaming card. Cut back to 8gb ram (get a different brand such as Corsair, Crucial, Kingston, or A-Data - and get at least 1333 speed) and possibly cut the CPU back. Replace that PSU with a more reliable brand, we suggest Antec Earthwatts/HCG or Corsair TX. There is no such thing as a reliable 500 watt PSU for 40 bucks. |

I'd also get an Asus board over that MSI... the MSI/AMD boards are slow...you wont be happy at all...
their BIOS timings are pretty lax to allow higher over clocks and because of that stock performance suffers...

Did you not see our recommendations on your first configuration? Motherboard, power supply, and ram should be changed. In fact, that power supply won't even fit in that case. |
