Go with the Vengeance ram. The A-Data ram works best with AMD builds. Do you really need 16gb?

You are building with only a SSD (no hard drive) and no video card? What about an optical?

Excellent PSU, but overkill. The LK board is probably overkill too if you aren't going to be using a video card.

I have 250GB hdd available ,thinking about using that,probably will purchase a higher capacity though. I'm really not sure if I need 16GB, I have not compared prices lately.

*ALL* socket 1155 boards have provisions for onboard video. The video is in the CPU, not the board. Good board, but more than you need. Just trying to save you some money. Same with the ram - 8gb is probably more than you need.

Another excellent PSU, but you don't need anywhere near 650 watts. However, you can't beat it for the price and it *IS* modular to help with cable management.

More likely I'll get the 1 TB WD black or the 500gb to supplement the 240gb ssd and 250gb,not sure if this 250gb is sata or older drive, I'm going to open the case to check.

If you are going to supplement the SSD with a conventional hard drive, you don't need that big a SSD - 120gb should be plenty big enough. I'd personally get the 120gb Intel 520 and a 1 TB WD. I wouldn't even use the 250 you have unless you want to use it as an external for backups.
