Game Rig 800-1000$

Put together this rig for my friend. Just wanted your input on it. This is another friend o mine this Time.

CPU Intel Core i5-3570K Ivy Bridge 3.4GHz (3.8GHz Turbo) LGA 1155 77W Quad-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 4000 BX80637I53570K - Newegg.com

GPU EVGA SuperClocked 02G-P4-2662-KR GeForce GTX 660 2GB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card - Newegg.com

PSU ?

HDD ?

Wireless EDIMAX EW-7128Gn PCI Wireless Adapter for PC and Mac - Newegg.com

Case COOLER MASTER Storm Scout SGC-2000-KKN1-GP Black Steel / Plastic ATX Mid Tower Computer Case - Newegg.com

Motherboard ASUS P8Z77-V LK ATX Intel Motherboard with UEFI BIOS - Newegg.com

Ram CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9B - Newegg.com

For HDD, I've tried researching and googling for these new hybrid drives? Would you guys recommend any? Im having trouble digging up info on them. If not a regular HDD would do. Last is a PSU. Maybe the Antec Earthwatt 650 watts would be good enough?

Thanks again

Get the CML (low profile) ram instead of the CMZ.

The Earthwatts 650 is fine.

Not a fan of the hybrid drives. I'd get the regular 1 TB Western Digital Black unless you want a dedicated SSD for the OS and software, then you would still need a storage drive.

Don't forget an optical.

Okay thank you.

Is there anything I can read up on on these new drives? I would like to know why you don't recommend them. I just can't seem to find anything.

Price/performance ratio is lousy and reliability is suspect.
