First Time Build $800 - $900 Budget

Hello,
This is my first PC build, so, I am kind of a noob. I am looking for a parts list for a PC build with a $800 to $900 budget. I will mostly be using this for video and audio editing (Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere etc.) and possibly a small amount of gaming (nothing crazy like Battlefield 3). Help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Is that the budget for just the computer - without any peripherals or operating system?

The $900 does not include peripherals, but I would like that to include the OS if possible.

EDIT: Do you have a Microcenter anywhere near you? If so, you can get an i7-3770K for only $10 more than that i5-3570K at Newegg, or you could save $30 on the i5-3570K.

Sadly, I don't think there are any Microcenters near me, but thank you for the list it all looks good. Thanks a lot for the help.

Microcenter can ship.

True, but their discounted CPU prices are in-store only, they are loss leaders to get you in the store. Their online prices are higher than Newegg.
