Need Case?
I have all the compents to my new system that i am going to build. I have got a 3200+, 9600 Pro, 180 gb hard drive, 1 gig of RAM, and all the other parts and stuff for the system.
I want a nice case with a window in it and a good amount of fans to keep my system nice and cool if i ever want to OC it which i prob. will end up doing. I know i want a system with a window and not a huge case becuase i got to lan parties at least twice a week and now that summer is coming up i am going to one almost every other day. I just would like a case that could fit these specs but not pay a arm and a leg for the case. A-TOP Z-ALIEN (BLUE) SERVER CASE 450WATTS w/ SIDE-PANEL WINDOW was one that i was looking at Another one i was looking at was the Aspire 2(not really sure) but people have been telling me that it needs a better powersupply. I would like to keep the price under about 120-140 with the case and new powersupply if i have to buy one. thanks -craig |

Try looking for a separate case and psu. A decent psu will run you 40-70 bucks. Pay whatever you want for a case you like.
Don't disqualify cheaper cases either. You don't have to keep the psu. But keep in mind; you get what you pay for. |

Just buy a case you want, ignore the PSU. Then check the PSU guide, and if it's not a quality one take it out and install a good one

Check this out:
http://www.autdirect.co.uk/acatalog/info_1398.html I know it's a UK site but you might be able to find something similar over there. I've got that case on the PC in my sig, not very heavy and takes 2x80mm fans front, one side and one rear

I agree with Vigo and Jaggannath. Almost all PSU's that come with cases are crap. Pick whatever case you want and replace the PSU with a good quality one. Enlight makes excellent and inexpensive power supplies.
