I have a HP deskJet 720C. Lately I have been getting hpfvls 14.exe error messages. I'm told I can "close" or "ignore". I choose ignore and proceed.
The only noticeable problem is that it takes along time to start printing!! Everything else seems to work OK. I have reloaded and upgraded my drivers! Can anybody enlighten me??

Have you emptied your temp folder and done a scandisk and defrag lately? Did you install any software at the same time that this started happening? |

Thanx glc:
You sent me in the right direction, the problem turned out to be the Western Digital HDD diagnostic program Data Life Guard. I uninstalled it and everything is back to normal!! |
