uv question
err, shamed to say, im a noob!!!
obviosuly uv reactive means it glows to uv.. but what is uv sensitive.. and wat will the uv to make it glow come from? |

you can use UV cold cathodes, uv leds, or alot of different lights... they make uv reactive almost anything...
its kinda like a black light... |

still dind't answer.. wat does uv sensitive mean.. (like, maybe it glows really bright with more uv?) and reactive kinda goes how it goes

UV Sensitive and UV reactive are the same thing, they glow under UV (black) light. The brighter the light the brighter they glow.

If you mean does the CC give UV light then the answer is yes it does provided you buy an actual UV cold-cathode tube, coloured ones don't.

i meant if i buy it, will it come with something that will make it glow (a blacklight) or do i need to buy it seperatly

You can find UV reactive fans that come with UV cold cathode lights that mount to the fan (mounts like a fan grill). Though ive found these lights to break easily and since there on the fan you see the light which isnt to nice to look at. Regular UV Cold cathode's seem to do the best job at lighting the inside of a case (2 work best)
Other then some fans, no a UV light dosent come with UV reactive products (unless specified). |
