Is my PC too HOT?
My system is running at around 94 degrees Farenheit is that too hot?i have 3 fans installed(not incuding the cpu fan) with a tv card and an ati radeon 9600 pro 256mb.

94F is about 34.4C...that temp is great, If it gets to 60c (140F) or higher then you might start running into problems.

Was that the motherboard temp or CPU temp? If the CPU, what CPU? If it was the motherboard, that's average. If the CPU, that's pretty low.

i have an aspire x-dreamer 2 case and i placed the thermometer floating in the center of the case near the motherboard, ati radeon 9600 pro and the harddrive.

Well that gives you a case temp. What motherboard do you have? Most modern motherboards have built in sensors that read the temp. You just need a program to like Motherboard Monitor to check them while still in windows. In any case I think you are fine. Most CPUs run about 10 degrees hotter then the case. So even then it would put your processor at 45 c idel. That's just fine.
As FLG said, you are at about 35 c. Computers are designed for that. Most techs go by Celsius. Perhaps that's what your brother thought you where reading it in. If not, he's pretty off about what happens inside a computer. |

yeah im running an average of around 95. i was about to put a post about it but i found this one and it answered my question!
