I think the only way you're gonna accomodate 4 PC's in one case is to have them made up into sort of rackmount cases.

I found this company in the UK that make blank 19" wide rackmount enclosures but you'd have drill all the mounting holes and cut all the slots yourself:

look (a lone way) down the page for:

2U EMPTY RACK CASE - BLACK FINISH

Here's the link:

I know this site is actually for club/disco equipment but i'm just using the cases as an example

well i'm planning on about 5-6 in the cluster, but i want the 4 IBM's all in one case. i did see Tin's case but i don't know if it would work or not.

that rack case might just work.

any other ideas?

Ok if you have a acces to a school! (high school) then you should buy a big piece of PVC and get a peice of wood thats big enough to fit your componenbvents comfortubly and then vacume form it!! will look great like a nice Acrylic case you might want to add notches into your rig tho so you can fit harddrives and motherboards!! otherwise i suggest a nice cardboard box with pretty blue paint

If you're really confident at metalwork you could get some thick acrylic sheet. Make up a box and using a milling machine make small slots in the op and bottom sections so the motherboards slide in (kind of like using a cardframe for the motherboards) and have a small enclosure mounted inside for the hard drives and stuff
