(AMD 2500+ n2u400-a MB) Automatically shut down randomly, please help

Hi,

I just build a (AMD 2500+ n2u400-a MB) computer and installed Windows XP OS. At the beginning, everything looks perfect, but after using for a while(one hour), the windows xp would be automatically shut down and computer reboot.

This problem will happen if i playing a game for while, or running big file operation.

Can anyone help me out?

I changed two types of memory and nothing works.

Are you overclocking?
Do you know the temperature at shut down?

Control Panel, System, Advanced, Startup and Recovery, UNcheck the box for "restart on error" - next time it happens, it will give you a BSOD, write down the first few lines, this will be your clues to the cause. Otherwise, it could be just about anything.

Sounds like some heat trouble to me. Do a processor intensive task and use some software to monitor the temperature, and tell us what you get.
