how much heat will this produce?
I have the Dusk & Dawn Special Edition XPC i got for $399 canadian and would like to install a 15000rpm scsi hdd and controller in it. How much heat will the drive produce under heavy load?

Quite a bit, it will be quite noisy too. If you have an open external 5.25" bay, put the drive into a Coolermaster housing (DCD-4002 or a Cooldrive 3). Make sure your power supply is up to the additional load.

The power supply is a 200w shuttle xpc psu. The 5.25" bay is used by the cd burner.
