case modding
well, i was looking around for a nice cheap case to test my modding skillz on.. any sites for a cheap case and shipping? i need a newer style case but in a dull way.. (baige, no usb in front, 1 or 2 floppy drives(but some hidden ones), 2+cd drive slots) im plannig on making my own case fan slots and window and stuff.. so if it dun got any its ok

If you just want a simple case to mod, check out CompUSA...they have generic or store brand cases that don't cost very much. They come with crummy power supplies though.

er, cheapest one was 30.. i could get one on newegg for like 15, but then s&h going to kill me

Why not try garage sales, Salvation Army, or the classified ads in the paper for some outdated computer someone is selling cheap.

well, not many garage sales around here.. but if i see one ill stop..
dunno where ANY salvation armies are, let alone one near me.. and the newspaper im trying right now
