Recover Memory
Howdy Folks:
I blew it. Playing with a couple of partition programs I totally wiped out my hard drive (lost 3/4 of it) Its a 120gig and it shows only 31.4 gigs. I bought a 40 gig hard rive and put the 120 gig as slave. Everythng seems to work ok except for that 120gig . I'm not interested in any recovery from that 120gigger for I had everything backed up. Any suggestion would be appreciated. Have Fun !!! Riggy |

This utility is to be run from a floppy. Use the /ERASE_ENTIRE option. When done, reboot it back into Windows and use XP's Disk Management to partition and format it. |

Thanks GLC for the help. Downloaded the utility and still only 33gigs showed..I did a visual inspection of the disk and found that I had jumpered the hard drive to set a limit of 34 gigs.
Took the jumper out as per diagram and lo and behold magic. Got my 120 gigs back and Im a happy camper. Thanks again for the help. Have Fun !!! Riggy |
