front panels & tt butterfly psu questions

After installing my new Tt 480W butterfly psu, here is what I want to know. the blow fan is great, but without the fan control, it spins max.
There is a wire from the fan (yellow cable), which I don't know what. One is for fan control, is this yellow wire for the monitoring of the fan's revolution?
The same goes for the PSU, only the PSU has three wires which I think its for monitoring & adjusting the fan speeds. I have connected the fan to the fan controller(provieded). The fan controller works, its not spinning max.Is it better for it to spin slowly/slower. At least the sound is not there anymore.
So anyone know what the other two wires are? How to use them. Here are the pics.

The tt comes with a fan, which has the same connection as the second pic only with the yellow wire, there is no black wire. How to use that as well? Thanks.

So I'm looking for some front panel to monitor & regulate stuff.

My mobo came with some d-braaket monitoring lights, firewire & bluetooth, all now at the back of the pc. Taking a pci slot each.

Is there a way to transfer all these to the front panel. Or at least one of them up front? All connections have long wires which are neatly curled together, disable the lower pci slot & making my system looks cluttered.

In the first two pics, it looks like they are either fan power plugs, rpm monitors and/or temperature monitors.

As for the PCI panels, with some modding, you might be able to take a 5 1/4" drive plate and cut openings for the devices. Take the PCI cover plates off of the connectors before you do this, though.

That yellow/black wire with the 3 pin connector is (i believe) for connection to the chassis fan connector, this allows you to monitor the PSU fan speed.

i got a tt polo 12.. the 2 and 3 pin connectors from my psu on mine are for fan controlers... most tt packagces come with front one, and pci one.. so match em up

I see the Tt silent puepower series comes with a front panel that also monitors total power consumption. There is one more connection that I don't know, from the pic, is this the connection? But the butterfly series does not come with the front dispay, it does have the controllers.

mine dind't come with a monitor.. just the 2 controlers.. 2x of my fans plug directly to the controlers while the other one plugs into the psu.. through my exp u can either set it to highest or lowest.. (hard to get it between).. does yours have the front monitors your talking about? and if so.. which ones (temp, rpms, power consupmtion)

*edit* wait, what exactly is your pci problem? becuase you have like 2 more free ones.. if it would be help ill post pics of what mine look like

Mine did not come with the monitor, only the silent purepower series has it. My PSU & the fan which is included with it are hooked to the controller. No display.
Hard to get in between? Its easy, just turn the knob wherever you want, it will change fan speeds automatically.

There is no problem with the PCI slot, the problem is thta the wires are bundled down there, making the last slot unusable,(3 slots below are already having some connections, like the pic in my first post.

sry dued, i dun see any problem with wires being in the way of the pci slots
