CoolerMaster generally makes good products and that one looks nice to me. The price doesn't seem bad either.

Although my experience with water cooling is far from extensive, it always seemed to me you get a better deal out of it if you buy individual components and tailor the cooling setup to you needs

If you want a kit go with swiftech, they make some really good kits. But as designer said...its best to piece it out yourself.
