OEM HDD Question

Hey - before I purchase this hard drive, I would like to know what this means "Packaging: OEM, Requires additional Power adapter". If I am buying a PSU, would that cover this requirement? Also, it this a good drive, or is there something else for around the same price I should be looking at?

That's apparently a really good drive. I just read someone else recommeding it. However, it does not have a standard 4-pin power connection like most HDDs and optical drives use. You have to have either a PSU that has a SATA power plug, or you need to order a 4-pin molex to SATA converter plug when you order the drive.
