Source for cheap HP C6578 color cartridges

I gave up on the refilled color cartridges for HP. Nothing but trouble.
I am looking for a source for NEW C6578 cartridges. I tried a search, but nothing decent turned up.

Thanks............

How does this compare to what you are finding?

HEWLETT PACKARD $46.05
HP 78 HIGH CAPACITY
HP PART#: C6578AN (#649239)

That's at Sam's Club.

The low capacity has 1/2 the ink of the high capacity - 19ml vs. 38ml. With this in mind, I think the deal at Sam's is pretty darn good.

I can make up the difference by filling it myself for pennies compared to dollars.

$50 buys a new printer! Major ripoff! $30 more for a few cc's of ink..................I doubt it!

Well.....I did find this:

http://www.omniofficesupplies.com/hewc6578dn.html

$27 for a new 6578 (DN not the AN). Almost 2x the price for a few more oz's of ink

That was the cheapest yet. The refilled version was $16 which was one of the cheapest also. I ordered one of each. Prices included shipping.

I suppose you could buy a new genuine DN - and some quality ink with a quality refill kit - and just top the cartridge off carefully from time to time till the print head is shot.
