Mouse Scrolling Problem

I have two machines running on a d-link kvm switch. Ok the weird thing is that I can scroll in every single program fine on one machine but on the other machine I cant scroll at all in any programs. Both machines are running WinXP Pro and the mouse is a optical wheel mouse.

Any ideas?

Have you tried the mouse directly in the non-scrolling computer to eliminate the kvm switch?

What brand of mouse is it? I had the same problem when using a kvm with my Kensington optical mouse.

Mine works if I boot to the machine with the problem first. It will keep working until I switch to the other machine and back. Then the sroll stops working. Funny thing is I'm using the Kensington drivers on the machine with the problem and the XP driver on the other machine.

That's why my kvm is sitting in the parts cabinet!
