I recently purchased an AMD K-7 850 and motherboard for upgrade of my K6-500. Was/is there a heat problem w/ this CPU?

I have a couple of them at work and did not have a heat issue with either one. I did however recieve a bad one once. I could not get any version of windows to load on it.

850/ Motherboard
I also purchased a Power Color MB, PVK7 w/ Via Appolo KX133
chip set. Should I expect any problems? $ wise was a good deal! |
