printer starts at bottom of page,,

WHen on the internet, if a page is just a little bigger than 1 piece of paper, my printer will print the bottom of the page first, usually 2 or 3 lines is all, usually the stuff you don't want.
Then the next piece of paper it prints will start at the top of the page. Is there any way to stop this, I want it to start from the top.
It is a HP 5650, running XP pro.

It's set to print last page first - so when you take multiple pages out of the printer the first page will be on top. Look for a page order setting in the print driver settings.
