mouse double clicks w/ single click
whenever i have say.. two windows open like Internet explorer.. if i go to close the one window.. it will also close the X of the window behind it. if i am browsing in IE and i click the back button once... it will go back twice or more.. i already uninstalled the drivers and installed them back.. i dont understand what the problem is...d o you think my mouse itself has gone bad? because this doesnt happen every single time i use the mouse.. but enough to cause me aggravation.

Did you try running it with the default Windows drivers? My MX Duo was acting strange and I had to uninstall and reinstall the drivers 3 times, then it magically cleared up. Also if it is wireless and the batteries get low it may act funny.

I had a Logitetech ball mouse that was doing that a while back I got so annoyed that I just bought a new, optical mouse.
