Smile motherboard

Hi, How can i know the exact model,specifications of my Motherboard?

Is there a reliable program to help me dertemine my cpu temp?Thanks

pc specs

P4 1.6 Ghz
Motherboard (i think) i 845
256 sd-ram
os XP pro
