Info saved on old hard drives

I have an old hard drive, running Windows 2000, which has some files on that I want to access but I cannot remember the password I used. Is there anything I can do to get these files back??

Send a message via AIM to Panama Red
attempts at password cracking run contrary to our forum rules. Sorry but I have to close this.

This is very true. However, you *can* try slaving the drive into another Win2K or XP computer logged in as administrator, taking ownership of the files, and getting the files that way - that much we can tell you.
