planning to mod this case by switching some panels with some heavy metal

I want to mod this case.(ANTEC Black Performance Series II SOHO File Server Tower ATX Case with 400W Power Supply) I want to exchange some of the panels with some aircraft-grade aluminum the kind even 35,000rpm on dremel cant cut ( My uncle who lives in seattle works in the aerospace business (designing aircrafts) so he has access to these materials. Anyway I'll need a very sturdy case for my computer ;must keep out of reach from my sister sabotages computers by going to websites loaded with spyware. Also It'll house some of the most expensive parts.

Spyware doesn't damage hardware, so housing the hardware in a case like that won't help in preventing software infections.

why would you want side panels made of aircraft-grade aluminum? you wouldn't be able to mod the sides in the future, aside from a paint job... or some stickers

im back!!

w00t im back from... not sure where i went but im back on here now aircraft grade aluminum is still aluminum... not hard at all to cut. been there, done that. get something other than aluminum, it scratches too easy, and clearcoating is annoying if your surface isn't perfect--you won't hide scratches or nicks like paint. ill eventually do some re-routing on my case when we get a warm, DRY day for once... bloody rain. all ive got now is a Wal-Mart orange panel with Wal-Mart clearcoat, but the clearcoat didnt take for some reason and is matte instead of gloss bah, maybe i'll stick with working on cars, electronics are annoying... anyone happen to know why games crash when i OC my athlon from 133mhz to anything over 148mhz?

The 148MHz FSB might be the limit of stability for your particular system. If you overclock too much, you get instability.
