Logitech Mouseware
When I had the Logitech Cordless Optical Mouse installed on my Win98 system, the mouse properties had Orientation and Cordless tabs shown.
I just built a new computer running XP Home and downloaded the latest Mouseware from Logitech. After installing it these two tabs are not shown. Does anyone have any idea where I can find Mouseware or drivers that include these two tabs? |

Have you tried running your mouse without drivers under Windows XP?

I liked the cordless tab because it showed the battery condition. |

Ive found that Logitech MouseWare is a pain when used with Windows XP, as Windows handles pretty much everything that MouseWare does anyway.
If you insist on using it though, look for v9.76 as it seems to work with Windows XP (SP1a) just fine. |

Problem solved by chance.
I'm using MouseWare V9.79 and had a KVM switch attached. I removed the KVM switch yesterday. After powering up again, Windows found new hardware (mouse), went through mouse setup, and the cordless tab showed up in mouse properities again.
