Favorite case
Out of all the cases out there, any brand, doesn't matter if its sturdy or flimsy or expensive, but whats your favorite computer case on the market?

I should say the Antec 3700BQE. I'm always looking for lower noise and that's a pretty low noise case, plus I'm one of those weird people who are more into the "spartan" look. I don't really like case mods (but this forum is also about cooling, right ?
) but to each his own I guess.

I'm unsure if they still make this exact model, the Antec SOHO 1030. I bought half a dozen of them a couple years ago, still have a spare left.

Hey mc2phat,
I've used that case in a few builds too...nice design, solid construction, good power supply, lots of room, great cooling...and very, very heavy. That's the reason I stopped using them, I got tired of lugging them around when I was delivering the completed PC to the new owners (especially the ones with lots of drives in them). I think Antec still markets that case, but it's called the SX1000II now. Cricket

Yeah, I know what you mean Cricket. My wife wanted a purple case, I bought a Chieftec aluminum one built exactly like the 1030, 'cept with front USB. And I didn't have to install carrying handles in the top of it.

I LOVE tall tower/server cases. I have a Chieftec Matrix Series Case (Green) and a Chieftec Black Dragon Case with a window and they both are great. I am saving the black one for my next build. They are very sturdy and have drive rails which are pretty convenient. All you have to do is clip in your case fans, no screws (I dont know how many other cases have this since I have only dealt with Chieftec). You can lock it from the front and the side if you wish. The only downside is that neither one came with a manual. But like I said before, I like them tall and sturdy which both of mine are.
