Chassis fan's RPM not reading

I pluged the 3 pin connector of my front 120mmm Stealth into the 3pin connection on my mobo that says "CHA_Fan" and in the BIOS, it still says it's running at 0 RPM.

I think this might be a common issue, my Asus A7N8X-X does the same. Try disabling Q-Fan, it worked for me.
