Front sound pins to audio jack

Figure this is somewhat of a case mod, so I decided to post it here. If the mods think it should be elsewhere... well.. they can move it themselves

Alrighty, my front audio on my case is supposed to connect to the pins on the mobo for front sound. But, of course, i have a sound card (SB Audigy). Im looking for an easy way to change the pins to just a normal headphone jack that I can route out the back of the case and just plug into the sound card. And if you're gonna say that Audigys have pins on the card, yes I know that already. but because of something about the card outputting digital on those pins when you need analog prevents it from working. So... anyone got suggestions, or should I start tearing apart old male and female headphone jacks to see which pins go where?

The pins on the sound card should work the exact same way as the jack on the back.
