sata 7500 rpm or 10000

Is it worth the money to go with a 10000 rpm hdd? I'm looking at western digitals. Is there going to be a significant increase in speed and performance over a 7500? I will be using the sata interface. I think I'm going to wait on setting up multiple hdds in a RAID configuration. So far I have the p4 550 3.4ghz 800fsb and the asus pgad2 for my new build-looking to use 2-512ddr2's for memory.

There is a significant performance increase when using 10,000 RPM HDDs over 7500 RPM HDDs just as there was a performance increase when using 7500 RPM HDDs over 5400 RPM HDDs. If you can afford them, go for it.
