Power problem with my new build

Problem:

I just built my first pc and I'm having some problems. My pc keeps rebooting without a warning, not often, but I think when the processor is being used extensively.

Now heres the thing, I loaded up a hardware monitor that came with my motherboard called SIS System Hardware monitor. Now I keep getting these warning messages on the monitor tool;

What are the system specs including the brand and wattage of the power supply?

ya, as the diagnostic tool says, i think ure gonna have to upgrade your psu :-P
and also, did u overclock your cpu ? u might wanna get a new hsf (heat sink and fan) that'll lower the temps down for the cpu.

That should be sufficient. What brand is it? A full sys specs listing would help.
