Fan position Question

I'm about to put my computer together and I have two questions about the cooling in my system:

I have an Antec True Power 550 power supply, and it has two fans. Is the fan on the underside (or on top) supposed to face down towards the motherboard or up towards the top of the case?

My case has six fans: two rear, two front, one on the window, and one chimey fan. I plan to have the two in the rear as outtake fans and the two in front set as intake fans. What should I do with the one on the window and the one on top?

Towards the motherboard.

One on the top - exhaust. One on the windows - try it both ways to see which works best with your system.

Oh, one more tidbit of information... The hole for the window fan is relatively close to being directly above the CPU fan.

If that's the case, have the window fan blow inward.
