Scorpio 868 w Mid Tower Black
CASE FANS NOT WORKING
Tri-color fan on window side panel and rear case fan not working.

Ive tried to connect the rear fan with the window fan together no power.
white 4 pin plugs on both.
I have listed a url for a pic of the tower it says its a raidmax, although mine is xsonic , which is the scorpio series 868w, exactly the same case in the pic below. I would appreciate some help.

Make sure the 4 pin connector from the PSU is firmly plugged into the fan connectors.

Since the fans have pass-through power connectors, you can connect them between the power supply power lead and the optical drives. Connect the female end to the power supply power lead and the male side into the CD-RW and DVD-RW. Don't connect them to the hard drives.

Power supply lead >---> fan pass-through connector >---> optical drive.

Hi Cricket

Thanks for your help cricket I appreciate it

So what your saying unplug the power supply lead >>>4 pin female molex that i was using for the dvdrw and unplug the 4 pin female molex that i was using for the cdrw, and use the 4 pin female molex plug from the power supply and insert the molex plugs to the rear case fan and window fan, then use the 4 pin female molex plug from case fan and 4 pin female molex plug from the window fan and insert these plugs into both the cdrw and dvdrw.
could you please confirm the above.

Ive followed the above fans working fine.
what ive noticed though there is a small green bulb light on a black red wire from the rear case thats not lighting up.

Thanks Heaps
