Unhappy

I am copying the drivers from my old hard disk to a new one. I have loaded a newer operating system (Win 98 SE), but when I try to install the modem, it only detects two communications ports (1 & 2). My modem on the old system is connected on Comm. port 3 and I have a TV card installed on Comm. port 4. How can I force my new operating system to recognise that I have four Comm. ports??

My old operating system was Win 95 upgraded to Win 98.
