Question Windows Explorer Dosn't see multisession DVDs

I am having a problem viewing DVD+R disks in "Windows Explorer".
I am using Win98se and have 256MB Ram with a Celeron 1Ghz cpu. I bought a LiteOn SOHW-832S DVD Burner which came with "Nero express 6.0". I have installed InCD and seem to have no problems using DVD+RW disks. I can see in "Windows explorer" all the sessions on CD-R disks that I have burned in the past with this drive and all the data I have recorded on DVD+RW disks with this drive. I have only recorded "Data" disks and use the drive only for backup.

I can see only the first session of DVD+R disks with "Windows Explorer". I can see all the sessions on the DVD+R disks when I use "IsoBuster" a Third party freeware program so I know they are burned on the DVD. I have read that MultiSessions on DVDs are not the same as MultiSessions on CDs, that is as to how they are created. I have looked for conflicts with the VXDs but have not found any, that I know of. When I try to find the file type that is being used on the DVD it only says "ISO/Joliet" which I thought was only for CD's. I can see no where that either Nero or another program called "CDBurnerXP Pro", which I have used to burn DVD+R disks, have used UDF packets though InCD clearly does for the DVD+RW disks.
I have only the DVD+R disks so I don't know if this problem would occur with DVD-R disks.
Does any one know why I can not see any but the first session on the DVD+R disks in "Windows Explorer"?

Any Help would be appreciated.
Marshall
