Printing problems
Im have a problem with a friends PC and hope you guys can help.
Shes got a printer (epson stylus colour 460) connected to a scanner (umax astra 2000p) which then plug in to the parallel port. The pc is running windows 2000. After printing, sometimes right after somes times it take a few mins, a blue screen apears saying: stop:0x000000( lots more numbers like this in these brackets) IRQ not less or equal Address 80432177 base at 80400000, datestamp 384d9b12 ntoskrnl.exe Beginning dump of physical memory and then it locks on this screen. Any help will be much appreciated. |

Break the daisy chain and get a parallel port card so each device can have its own port - or if either device offers a USB connection, use that.

You can test that theory by disconnecting the scanner and hooking the printer up direct - and do some printing.
