Looking for someone with working LS-120 "Superdrive"
I have an LS-120 "Superdrive" in my PC and for some reason it no longer reads LS-120 disks although it can read regular floppy disks. There are a number of programs I had archived in several of those disks some time ago that I need again. Those are programs I had purchased and downloaded online. Some of them have been updated beyond the free update level many software vendors have and I have no interest in upgrading becuase the older version works for me.
I am looking for someone with a LS-120 drive that still works to transfer the contents of several disks to CD-R. I would provide the needed blank CD-R disks and throw in some extra money for the postage back to me. Hope this is not breaking any rules here. Please contact me if you can help.

I have one...
...but it's no longer installed, I don't bother with floppies of any kind these days (although I do have a multi-reader that has a plain vanilla floppy, just in case). I have no use for the LS-120, and don't imagine it has any actual dollar value...so I'd be happy to send it to you for the cost of postage. E-mail me at sspencer09469@yahoo.com if you like.

Well, that's better than what I have obtained so far which is nothing. Could you verify that the drive still reads superdisks?
