Are you planning to overclock that system? You really don't need water cooling for a system that's running at stock speeds. And P4's don't run all that hot either.

Have you tried looking at some of the overclocking/water cooling web sites? I'm sure there are lots of them on the net.

the PSU fan and one more exhaust in the back is usually all you really need to keep your computer at reasonable temperatures. many people put an intake in the front of the case and a side intake(if available) as well.

yes but your processor comes with a fan (and heatsink) with it if it is retail.
get a northwood version of the P4 as presscotts do run 'all that hot' and dont perform aswell either.

u dont want water cooling as its expensive and not necessary if you dont overclock.

also you realise that you have both a CDRW and a DVDRW?
the DVDRW is able to write CDs aswell as DVDs

Yes, you need a heatsink/fan unit...you should never run a modern processor without a heatsink/fan unit (unless you've got a VIA C3).

Northwood is a model of the pentium 4 line of processors from Intel. You can figure this out by either

1. going to the bios

2. Download everest: http://www.lavalys.com/products/down...ng=en&pageid=3

It will tell you everything about your computer.
