Help me... BIOS Shadowing and Flashing
Hey,

I'm really learning a lot about my PC but I ran a utility that suggested i enable BIOS Shadowing for my VC and MB... I can't figure out how to do that.

It also mentioned I try flashing if I want upgraded performance, but gave strict warning. I have an older motherboard and not a lot of experience, but if it's not too hard, i would be interested in doing this.

Can i get some help on how to at least be sure the shadowing is enabled... and if there are any valid suggestions about flashing my BIOS... I'm interested in that too.

BTW.. I'm using a Microstar MS-6738 Motherboard
