Recent AMIBIOS, CMOS setup

Greetings, gurus and all! Re Asrok m/b P4S61, I will be grateful if anyone can send or refer me to a document which enlarges upon the options in the CMOS setup of the AMI BIOS, especially the Power Setup Menu. Asrok's manual on the m/b's CD is not v illuminating. Manual says under "Specifications":
BIOS: AMI legal BIOS; Supports "Plug and Play";
ACPI 1.1 compliance wake up events
Supports jumperfree; SMBIOS 2.3.1 support;
Further detail, ie what I see at startup, during POST, is: BIOS P4S61 BIOS P1.60
and at foot of screen: 62-P160-001368-00101111-040201-SiS-P4S61160-
I hope there may be somewhere a generic treatise on the options!

Thanks, pam123, for yr contribution. Amongst the options discussed in http://www.rojakpot.com are a number which correspond to items in my CMOS setup per my initial post. So I'll find it valuable when I try to get a wider grip on the CMOS setup. Re Power Menu Setup, however, there seems to be only "Power On Function" which isn't amongst the options on my m/b's AMIBIOS CMOS SETUP. So I will value anyone's further indications re "Recent AMIBIOS, CMOS setup". Keep well, all.
