Have a RAM question?
I have a ASUS a7n8x mobo with duel channel for RAM, with 3 slots. Right now I have 2 256mb chips = 512 of RAM. I would like to upgrade to a gig. Is it reasonable to just drop 512 chip into the third slot? Let me know.

Yep. That's what I did in my rig. Just make sure the brand of the new stick is the same as the other two.
