What CPU are you using?

Many serious overclockers use Thermalright heatsinks.

if you want a good thermalright heatsink check out the XP90. its a very good unit, but will run you about $35-$40. stick a 92mm Panaflo H1B on there for quiet performance .

Always the option to go watercooling as well. Though a bit pricey, utterly silent and capable of much higher overclocks.

Can anyone recommend me the ABSOLUTE best HSF for my 3.2GHz P4E Prescott CPU? I currently have the Aero Cool HT-101 with dual fans mounted running at 39C idle and 48C full load. I wanna get as close to 30C if possible using only air cooling.

Either theh Thermalright SP-94 or Thermalright SP-120, both get about equal results although the SP-94 tends to cool better usually.

About the Thermalright XP-120, be sure to read the motherboard compatibility info here, since there are quite a number of mb's where it won't install (due to the heatpipes)

Also, since you want to get the lowest temps possible on just air you'll have to install the highest output fan you can find...very high RPM and very LOUD. Look at the Vantec Tornado fans and the Delta Extreme High Output fans.
